The FAG Detector III is a handy, easy -to -use vibration measuring device. Pre -installed standard configurations according to DIN ISO 10816 make it a plugandplay solution and allow first meaningful information about the machine state without time -consuming training or system configuration.

This makes it possible, for example, to quickly check fans, pumps, electric motors, compressors or vacuum pumps. The user only has to start the measurement with a few keystrokes and wait until it is finished. The device evaluates the measurement results and presents the results with self -explanatory symbols on the device display.

For indepth analysis, the free PC software trend line with extensive functions is available. This includes, among other things, the viewer, which provides the user with a variety of tools for evaluating the data. The integrated rolling stock database, comprising approximately 20 000 storages of different manufacturers, makes the analysis of the measured data easier and more efficient. Since the damage frequencies can be hidden in the measurement results, a simple damage analysis is possible.

Automatic measuring point identification

The automatic measuring point detection identifies the measuring points of a measuring route with RFID technology flawlessly and accurately. Using RFID tags on the machines, the FAG detector III detects the measuring points. This makes mobile vibration and temperature monitoring with the proven FAG detector III faster, easier and more reliable. The functionality of automatic spot detection is not available worldwide.

Balancing

As another special feature, the FAG Detector III has a balancing function. To do this, the optionally available balancing kit is necessary. Thus, unbalances can not only be detected, but also eliminated. The results of the balancing process are also transferred to the software trend line and evaluated there.
