From the measurement, assessment and diagnosis of the machine condition, to the assessment of the roller bearings or the bump test, to documentation and archiving of all the results: The BalancerACEPOM30 is a genuine smart instrument – for many applications over and above field balancing.

The ACEPOM30 field balancer can quickly determine the operating status of the equipment at the site and analyze whether the equipment has any malfunction. Vector decomposition: Perform a reasonable vector decomposition on the balanced quality of the solution to meet the objective requirements of field installation.

Balance method: Test weight method and influence coefficient method.

Trial Estimation: Based on the input rotor data, a reasonable dynamic balance test weight is automatically estimated, and the conclusion of dynamic balance effect can be given.

Fault diagnosis function: Before balancing, you can perform some fault diagnosis first to ensure that the cause of the fault is bad dynamic balance and avoid blind dynamic balance; this function can diagnose common faults of the equipment and it can be used in one machine.

Balanced report: After the balancing process is completed, the software can automatically generate a dynamic balance report to clarify the basic information of the rotor, vibration reduction and detailed weight information. Technical indicators:
