Bearing heater operating guide:
1. Place the yoke iron on the end face of the main machine.
2. Insert the plug into the power outlet with the control switch.
3. Check whether the grounding wire is good, and test with a measuring pen after energizing.
4, press the start button, the host power.
5. Check that the yoke iron should have no voltage to the ground.
6. Press the stop button to power off the host and stop heating.
7, according to different specifications of bearings or other workpieces, choose different yoke iron sleeve, put the yoke iron on the top surface of the main machine, should be consistent and flat.
8, when heating, the sensor should be inserted into the "sensor socket", and the sensor is close to the heated workpiece.
9, when the bearing is heated to the required temperature, it will automatically turn off the power or press the stop switch.
10. After the heating is stopped, the yoke iron moves left or right, and the yoke iron is placed back on the top of the main engine after the bearing is removed.
11, if repeated use, continuous heating of the bearing, only need to process the bearing into the yoke iron, press the start button can be.
Bearing heater note:
1. The ground cable of the power supply must be good.
2. It is strictly prohibited to press the start button switch before the yoke iron is placed on the host, otherwise it will damage the instrument or burn the fuse.
3, ball bearing heater temperature should not exceed 150℃. Otherwise, the bearing will be annealed.
4, in order to improve the heating efficiency, according to the bearing inner hole size selection of the corresponding yoke, should try to choose the cross-sectional area of the larger yoke.
5. The main machine must be placed flat and not tilted sideways, and the yoke iron must be consistent with the end face of the main machine.
6, must be when the host power off, the heating parts in the yoke iron.
