Spectrum diagram is the most commonly used graph for fault analysis and diagnosis, from which important information about the frequency components of signals can be obtained.The figure also shows the amplitude of the corresponding point at the specified waveform.The spectrum categories include amplitude spectrum, power spectrum, phase spectrum, cepstrum analysis, etc., and six maximum spectral peaks and corresponding frequencies are displayed in real time, and various window functions are optional.Linear and logarithmic spectrum selection, used for the analysis of the common faults of various rotating machines, such as unbalance, misalignment, shaft bending and shaft crack;

■Axis trajectory diagram: corresponding to a certain speed, the position of the rotating shaft in the supporting bearing is certain.Due to the vibration, the center of the rotating axis will move around the center point periodically, forming a dynamic trajectory, that is, an axis trajectory diagram.This figure shows the situation after the horizontal and vertical vibration synthesis of a bearing. Different corresponding faults will present different shape axis trajectories. Therefore, fault diagnosis can be conducted through axis trajectories;
■Wave chart: it shows the vibration amplitude of the unit in the start-up and shutdown process and it shows the vibration amplitude and phase of the unit in the start-up and shutdown process with the change trend of the speed.The baud diagram is an important tool for determining the critical speed. If the amplitude curve has a wave peak and the phase increases sharply at the same time, and the increase is greater than 70 o, then the corresponding speed may be the critical speed of the rotor where the measuring point is located or adjacent to the rotor.

The amplitude and phase changes observed from the baud diagram along with the rotation speed can be used to analyze the axial position of the unbalanced mass of the rotor, the order of the unbalanced vibration type, the existence of structural resonance, and the analysis of dynamic and static friction.
■Polar graph: also known as Nyquist graph, it shows the change of vector end of the octave vector with the rotation speed in the start and stop process of the unit in vector form, its radial diameter represents the magnitude of the octave amplitude, the included Angle between the radial diameter and the X_axis represents the phase of the octave, and the lower part of the graph can show the corresponding rotation speed, amplitude and phase at the specified waveform.
