The fixed-size ACEPOM induction removal heater is specifically designed to safely and easily remove the inner rings of cylindrical roller bearings, which are typically installed in a very tight interference fit. The rapidly heated inner ring will loosen the fit, while the shaft remains in its original state, so that the bearing inner ring can be removed without damaging the shaft or itself. By using the easy-to-use ACEPOM induction removal heater, cylindrical roller bearing inner rings or similar components can be professionally removed in under three minutes.
