FAG vibration monitor Detector III

FAG Detector III is a portable and easy to operate vibration measuring instrument. As the preset standard configuration meets the standard of DIN ISO 10816, it is a portable solution that can detect the early and authoritative information in the running state of the machine, without spending time on training and system configuration. This makes it possible to quickly detect equipment such as fans, water pumps, motors, compressors or vacuum pumps. All users need to do is press some buttons to start the measurement process, and do not need to do any other operations until the measurement is completed. This equipment can estimate the measured value and display it on its own screen with special symbols, as shown in Figure 1.

More specific analysis of the analysis software can be achieved through Trendline software, which is free and contains a lot of functions.

These functions include readers, which provide users with tools to analyze a large amount of data. The complete rolling bearing database, including about 20000 bearings manufactured by different manufacturers, makes the analysis of measured data more convenient and efficient. Incorporating the frequency of damage into the measurement results makes it possible to perform simple damage analysis. Automatic detection of measuring points During the measurement process, the automatic detection of measuring points using RFID technology is accurate. FAG Detector III enables the system to automatically detect by placing RFID tags on the measuring points. With FAG Detector III, unstable vibration and temperature monitoring become faster, simpler and more reliable. The automatic detection function of measuring points is not available worldwide.

Balance function Another special function of FAG Detector III is balance function. An optional balance kit must be selected for this function. In this way, using the instrument, the imbalance can not only be detected, but also be effectively eliminated.

The results of the balancing process are also imported into the Trendline software for analysis and evaluation.
